Polocrosse Rally Entry Form

Registration Deadline: April 1, 2007. Entries will be accepted after that date until April 8, 2007, but will carry a $25.00 late fee per team.

This is a qualifying rally for Festival Championships, all rules as outlined in the USPC Handbook and Rules for Polocrosse Competitions, 2003 and the USPC Horse Management Handbook and Rules and Competition, 2007 will be followed.

The rally will begin Saturday evening with horse management activities to include tack-room inspection. Formals and jog-outs will be conducted bright and early Sunday morning followed by play. The rally should be finished by late afternoon on Sunday.

Some items to think about while planning your trip would include: current Coggins for your horse, bedding for stalls, polo wraps or support boots and bell boots for your horse, breast collar for your horse and of course the acceptable attire for playing polocrosse as outlined in your USPC Polocrosse manual. Pinnies are not allowed, so polo shirts will need to be numbered 1, 2 or 3 (colored tape does suffice).
